Travis focuses his practice on transactional law with a concentration on real estate, financing and corporate matters.  Travis has represented management, executives and individuals in connection with a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing/subleasing (tenant and landlord), construction and development of office, industrial, retail, multi-family, healthcare and energy projects.  In addition, he has advised and counseled clients on the formation of joint ventures with debt and equity interests in commercial real estate projects.
