  • Developers in office, residential, retail, industrial and mixed use developments
  • Developers and governmental entities/not-for-profit entities in negotiating master development agreements  pertaining to redevelopment of properties of such governmental entities such as former airport, water treatment, rail and power plant sites
  • End users in campus headquarters acquisition, entitlements, development and construction
  • Buyers and sellers in acquisition and disposition of real estate, including institutional clients in disposition and acquisition of real estate portfolios
