Kendra focuses her practice on representing clients in a wide range of real estate, corporate and commercial transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, entity formation, leasing (tenant and landlord), and real estate development. Her practice includes representation of financial institutions and borrowers in various types of commercial real estate loan transactions. In addition, Kendra often advises real estate investors in the structure and formation of joint ventures.
