Erin Johnson

Associate

Erin focuses her practice on a variety of corporate and transactional matters including entity formation, corporate governance, commercial leasing, mergers and acquisitions, key agreements with customers and vendors, employment matters, and corporate restructuring.

While in law school, Erin was the Executive Director of the Texas Transactional Skill Competition hosted by the Texas Business Law Society. She served as a principal consultant for the Texas Venture Labs and advised pre and post revenue startups. She interned at the Travis County Probate Court #1 and clerked at the Office of the Attorney General in the Charitable Trusts and Consumer Protection Division.

Prior to pursuing a career in law, Erin worked as general manager for a private real estate development firm. Erin is an Austin native and an active member of the National Charity League and the Center for Women in Law.
