Greg Holloway


Mr. Holloway’s practice focuses on public and private mergers & acquisitions, securities law and general corporate representation.  Now in his 30th year of practice with large Texas and Colorado firms and most recently as General Counsel of an Austin-based NYSE publicly traded energy company, Mr. Holloway has served clients ranging from emerging growth companies to public corporations and partnerships primarily in the energy, technology and food sectors.  With experience across a broad spectrum of transactional structures, he has represented both buyers and sellers, licensees and licensors and public and private issuers and underwriters.

Mr. Holloway has also regularly represented clients in connection with issues regarding entity formation, corporate governance, employment and separation agreements, technology transfer, real estate leasing, loan agreements and general commercial agreements.  Even prior to his role as General Counsel, he served a number of clients in the role as outside general counsel, working with clients on day-to-day decisions that required legal input.  While General Counsel, he led his company’s legal efforts regarding its IPO, and he previously served as outside counsel for other energy and technology companies during their IPOs.
